In the summer of 2024 we were delighted to be invited to consult on the Hills Mammoth Graveyard excavation. We were both part of the 2023 excavation so we were familiar with the site and project leaders Sally and Neville Hollingworth trusted us as team leaders on site.

Of the two of us Oliver was on site for the entirety of the excavation and acted as the Field Curator in addition to being a Team Leader.
